The Israeli Association for the Support and assistance of children with cancer and their families, Zichron Menachem in the UK arranges and pays for respite camps for the children and their parents. It also encourages the donation of hair to bring a smile to a child suffering from cancer's face by the provision of a made to measure wig and so restore their self-confidence.

Story

I have unfortunately come across lots of people with no hair. It is so sad to come across these sought of things. One night I came home I was very frightened as I had seen someone with a cancer I lay done in my bed and said shema holding my hair tight. That’s it I had a plan I was going to donate money to a charity for cancer. I asked my parents and I told them I did not wasn’t to just give money but something else for a chance- I thought I should buy a kid with cancer a present. I was still not satisfied with my donation. We had this party to raise money for zircon menachem and I took a leaflet said tehillim for these children. I felt sorry for them I read there that you could donate your hair. I WAS SATISFIED. Now I can not wait to do this mitzvah every penny can help this child. Every hair can put a smile on a Childs face.

We are in a golos we have illnesses the only way we can make people happy is to show that we care.  I care you should care we can’t give up there are sisters and brothers. PLEASE SAVE AND HELP G-DS PRECIOUS CHILDREN EVERY SOUL IN THIS WORLD COUNTS

Thank you again
