Hi Guys

 

Ben Duffy and Myself will be competing in Tough Mudder on the 6th October. This is to push ourselves mentally and phisically. 

Quite fitting really as the charity i have chosen see's children go through the same mental and pysical pain on a daily basis to try and live a normal life.

We are doing this in memory of my brother(Jonathan Cooper) who passed away when he was a baby (i was a twin)

He was diagnosed with CF and i have always felt that he is a massive part of my life that i never got chance to furfill. 

The CF Holiday fund is a great charity that enables those less fortunate in life to spend happy times with their friends and families.

These children and young adults have tremendous mental strenght and Myself and ben want to do our part.
