Hi, I'm Bella, a beautiful Spinone cross type of a girl, who came into Oldies Club care in 2015, as an unclaimed stray from the pound. I was in a terrible state then. Very underweight and it's thought I have been used as a breeding machine and then left unclaimed :-( I am deaf and partially sighted too, so it's been a rather difficult time for me. I think I made a rather sad sight.

Update May 2016: I have found a wonderful forever home and I live with a lovely new doggie friend too. I am settling in very well and my new family is so pleased to have me. This fundraising page will stay open so that people can still donate to Oldies Club, because without them, I wouldn't have received the care I so needed or found my lovely forever family. When I first arrived with the rescue, my ears were very manky, my skin was in poor condition and I had some lumps and bumps that were of concern. I was seen by a vet and started on treatment immediately and had a mass removed from my tummy, which was sent off for testing and found to be benign - hooray! I've had numerous vet visits and have received medication to help with my itchy skin too. I had to have a further few lumps removed and a dental too. The good news is that my heart and lungs are in good shape!

With these various vet visits and all the treatment etc., my vet costs have so far reached £1,173.59, possibly with a higher total to come. Would you be able to make a donation today, to help Oldies Club with these costs? They've done so much to help me feel better since I was rescued by them and taken the very best of care of me to help make me as healthy and comfortable as possible. Any amount you can spare will be very much appreciated. It all adds up :-) Please share my fundraising page with your dog-loving family, friends etc. too.

My fosterer says I have a lovely, sweet and gentle nature. I get on with other dogs and people. She says I'm a special girl who is loving, faithful and friendly and very quiet. I do like to snooze a lot. Well, after all I have been through, I deserve the chance to relax and be pampered in my lovely foster home, don't you think?

Please note that should Oldies Club supporters be generous enough to donate more than is needed for my vet bills/care, any excess money will be directed to the charity’s general fund and used to help other older dogs in its care.
