Beaverbrooks Blackpool 10k Fun Run 2014 · 11 May 2014 ·

Trinity Hospice and Brian House Children's Hospice provide specialist palliative care to adults and children across the Fylde Coast and much needed support for their families. Our services are available free of charge, but with limited government funding we need to raise over £12 million every year.

Story

The BEAVERBROOKS Blackpool 10K Fun Run is now in it’s 32nd year and we are delighted to once again be working in partnership with Trinity Hospice & Palliative Care Services.

Beaverbrooks are extremely proud to sponsor the annual event and many of our people are actively involved with the preparation beforehand and of course on the day.  We’ve got lots of our store and office colleagues, including our Chairman Mark Adlestone,  running the 10K  as part of ‘Team Beaverbrooks’ so, as always, it’s a huge Beaverbrooks team effort.

Trinity Hospice is located near our offices and has touched the lives of so many of our people.  They rely fully on donations to keep their doors open and are aiming to raise £100,000 from this year’s Fun Run.  We do hope you will help us to support them by donating towards our event which enables them to run their vital services in the local community.
