The Challenge

The  Yorkshire Three Peak route is 24.5 miles ( 61,250 steps) and includes 1,585m ( 5,200 ft) of ascent. The challenge is to walk/climb  Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales National Park in 12 hours. The challenge starts at 8am.

Why am I doing this?

In my youth, my mum told me on many of occasion that 'no-one can take away your education', so get as much as you can' !

Working for this charity for the past two years, made me realise the important role teachers play in helping parents educate their children.

Wellbeing has been defined by some as ' a good satisfactory condition of existence; a state characterized by health, happiness and prosperity'

Our charity provides wellbeing support services to all those in education, to help keep them in the profession, so they can continue to do what they are so passionate about; teaching!
