Greenpeace are working internationally and with the UN to create a Global Oceans Treaty to form a network of fully protected Ocean sanctuaries around the world. The Oceans are our biggest protection against climate change. Currently they are unregulated, they are being polluted by unfettered mining, over fishing and are being filled with plastic waste. They need protection. Greenpeace are our best hope of securing this.
