I've joined forces with a group of women to do the slightly mad feat that is the London2Brighton 2012 challenge (that's 100km in less than thirty hours). It's all for a good cause, though, as it will raise money for their upcoming trip to Ghana with other doctors and nurses - headed by International Needs UK - to administer medical care to people in remote villages, many of whom will never have seen a doctor before.
