I am setting up this event for the hospital after the amazing care that they gave my daughter while she was there. Ava has a condition called tetralogy of fallot and required open heart surgery at 5 months old to fix the problem with her heart but also save her life. 

Ava had her surgery on the 7th of January 2016 her operation was 6 hours long were they managed to repair her heart. Ava was taken to the intensive care unit were the staff were amazing Ava had a nurse with her all the time she never left. Later Ava was moved to the high dependency unit were she was to stay till she left. 

Raising money for the great charity would give them the opportunity to get new equipment and also toys for the children and babies that are there for a long period of their lives. Birmingham children's hospital saved my family but also saved my daughter life and will always be in their debt.
