Isabel Hospice exists to journey alongside people during some of life's most difficult times. Offering expert compassionate care, advice and support those living with progressive, life-limiting illnesses. Our care is free of charge to those who need it, but it is not without cost.

Story

Having differed my place last year due to injury I am running the Virgin London Marathon 2016 in memory of my Uncle Ross and my Great Auntie Iris.

Uncle Ross lost his battle with cancer last year and spent 5 days under the care of Isobel Hospice. He told my dad before he died how pleased he was with the 1-1 care he received from the staff and how close to home and family he was.

My auntie Iris lost her battle with motor neurone disease and also spent her last days in the wonderful care of Isobel hospice.

Any donations would be gratefully received however small. If everyone donated just £1.00 it would all add up. Isabel Hospice is a charity providing free care for patients and their families living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses in eastern Hertfordshire. It provides Hospice at Home, Day Services, In-patient Care, community Isabel Nurse Specialists and Family Support.
