Head to Toe is the charity for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) who I have just started working for. the charity helps our amazing NHS staff to provide even better care and treatment by enhancing the services that CPFT provides, supporting people of all ages receiving mental health, community and social care across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.  

I am very passionate about CPFT's long-term vision to integrate physical and mental healthcare and want to do all I can to support and promote this holistic this way of working.

I am also hoping to improve my own physical and mental health well-being by doing some good old exercise and meeting some new people :) and who knows I may lose a few pounds in the process!!
