South Coast Challenge 2017 · 26 August 2017 to 27 August 2017 ·
On 26th August we will be undertaking our third and toughest non-stop 100km Ultra Challenge to help raise funds for Cancer Research UK, a charity which is incredibly close to our hearts. This terrible disease has affected so many of those who are close to us, my mother, my cousin, grandparents, aunts and uncles and the list continues to grow.
This will be by far the toughest challenge that we have undertaken to date and so we will really need as much support from you to help us through this gruelling challenge.
The trek will start in Eastbourne and we will walk up the infamous Beachy Head, though the Seven Sisters and along the South Downs way. With a Brighton midpoint, Devils Dyke and hopefully some stunning views ahead, the 100km finish line will be in Arundel. We have walked part of this route before and it was cold, wet, hilly and very bleak so we partially know what we could be letting ourselves in for. It's going to be tough so PLEASE donate any spare pennies you have.
Even the smallest donations can make a huge difference and we have seen first hand the results of some of the latest, ground breaking treatments which really make a difference. Please donate so we can all contribute to finally beating cancer. In this day and age of such scientific progress, we really feel there is no place for such a destructive disease.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
