Changing Pathways provide support to women and their children affected by domestic abuse in South Essex and Thurrock. They provide temporary refuge accommodation and outreach support, among many other things. 

I would love to help them out by raising funds for the amazing work that they do. I have decided to walk a marathon in a week in my garden and around my house.
