Did the jump with my friend Sophi in spectacular weather on Sunday.... what an amazing experience! So happy to have raised so much for The Christie, helping to fund cancer research & treat sufferers. I have been in skydive training (evidently) for most of my nearly-fifty-years, and thanks to Sophi Unwin’s persuasion and in celebration of turning 50, this is finally going to happen. I am throwing myself out of a plane (for fun?!) on March 24th at 9am. In view of recent events here and the remarkable service provided by the Christie, it seemed a good opportunity to raise money for an amazing organisation. We all know that I am never, EVER going to run a marathon, so this is a one-off request to donate. Please xx
