Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. In 2011 I experienced the effects of severe pre-eclampsia with my lovely son having to be delivered 6 weeks early. I want to help raise awareness, standards of care and funds for others who may be at risk of the condition and for those people and families not lucky enough to have survived it who may need help.

Sometimes just having the right information at the right time is enough to save a life. I want to increase the amount of information available to women and help families and friends of pregnant women be aware of the severity of pre-eclampsia if not caught early. My fundraising will assist APEC to support those left behind if, sadly, a mother or baby dies from the condtion. 2012 is a year that APEC are campaigning for no deaths from pre-eclampsia. I hope to help them acheive that mission. APEC is the only UK charity working for this cause. I am running some exciting sponsored Belly Dance events for APEC in 2012 so keep updated with my activites on this page and please support my fundraising! Thanks.
