Training Schedule

Am out of running shape - haven't run for months after becoming a Bikram yoga bore. Only got a short time to get my running up to scratch before the race!

1. 22/9/14  5.5 miles  Aldeburgh first run in months. Felt pretty good.
   
2. 23/9/14  5.0 miles  Southwold made a video on the run for the fund raising page. Nice run, but pretty stiff afterwards
3. 25/9/14  5.0 miles  Dunwich-Southwold-Dunwich nice run along the beach but a little slow going because of the sand. Met a nice dog en route.
4. 2/10/14  5.4 miles  DAMTP-Coton-Madingley Road lunchtime run. 51 minutes. Think I will beat the hour mark on the day, but would like to beat 55 mins.
