Story

Hello and welcome to my donation page.

When I signed-up for the Brighton Marathon last April, it seemed a very long way off, a great idea and most importantly something that I need not worry about for ages.  Well after 4 months of early morning training, running through floods, ice, wind and more floods, the big day is almost here!

This is where you come into it; I’d like to raise at least £1,000 to support Addaction, a charity that helps families through a commonly ignored and demeaned subject that can all too often ends in tragic circumstances.  Approximately 1 in 5 people are affected by a member of their family suffering from an addiction, as you may have guessed, I count myself within that statistic, so I ask you to give generously.

Lastly, should you be at a loose end on Sunday 6th April, please feel free to pop down to support me and the other runners, otherwise you can track my race-day progress by down-loading the Brighton Marathon 2014 app from either iTunes or Google Play stores.
