Hello and welcome to my donation page.

Last year I ran the Brighton marathon, which was an amazing experience, but ultimately made even more special due to the exceptionally generous support I received.

This year I applied to run  the London Marathon, and to my massive shock - I actually got a place (only 1 in 10 applicants get a place)

So once I got over the delight/excitements/trepidation/fear of getting a place, I've been running throughout the winter, mainly in the dark before work, battling freezing weather (it was -6C on my coldest run), all in order to manage the 42.2 kilometres when it really matters on Sunday 26th April. Suffice to say this is most definitely my last marathon!

This is where I really really need your help.......I've got to raise £2,000 for Addaction

Who are, and why have I choosen Addaction?

They are a charity that helps families through a commonly / ignored / avoided / forgotten issue that can all to often ends in tragic circumstances.  Approximately 1 in 5 people are affected by a member of their family suffering from an addiction, as you may have guessed, I count myself well within that statistic. So I ask you to please give generously to help those people caught-up in a daily battle against addiction and the devastating consequences it has upon families
