Myself (Ben), Andy and Daniel are taking part in a 10K assault course at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic stadium to raise money for a just cause - The Alexander Divine Hospice.

Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service support families across Berkshire in their own homes, providing much needed respite, palliative care, emotional and practical support. They are working towards building Berkshire's very own children's hospice for these local families which will be supported by a home care team.

Adrenaline Rush is an urban assault course incorporating some thrilling obstacles and some daring challenges. Think you would jump from a height on to a stuntsman’s airbag? Do you? Well we are nervous to ....... We are going to put ourselves through a strict training regime and diet plan to challenge ourselves and push our bodies to the limit to raise money for this meaningful cause.
