Story
I'm cycling the 2018 Norwich 100 to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, in memory of Paul Bushell (pictured).
Paul was engaged to marry my sister and was a very dear member of our family, as well as being a great friend of mine. He was always kind, generous, and capable of bringing a smile to everyone's faces.
Without warning he was taken from us in February 2016 at the age of just 32, having suffered a sudden cardiac arrest, leaving a big hole in our lives.
Since his passing, so much has been done for the incredible cause that is the BHF. This year I decided to do my bit. My brother Thomas recently ran the Brighton Marathon in aid of BHF (https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/thomas-koflach), where as I will be doing my part by bicycle, cycling 100 miles as part of the annual Norwich event.
With more funding for research, we can help stop other families suffering the loss that mine has. Please donate generously as heart disease really can affect anyone directly or indirectly.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
