Tina and I have decided to riase money for Diabetes UK, a charity very close to our hearts. Tina's Dad (John Welsby) has been living with Diabetes since his teens and has been a central figure in fundraising for Diabetes in Shropshire. It's now our turn!

We are running the Telford 10km race on the 16th December 2012 and would love to raise over £500 for Diabetes UK. Please help us reach this target and help others who are living with Diabetes. Remember every penny counts!
