In 2016 I will be taking part in 2 Triathlons (Lichfield in April & Sutton Park in July) and 2 Bike rides (Rutland 54 miles in June and Whittington 60 miles in September)

I would really appreciate your support in raising money for The Buddy Bag Foundation. A charity which is making a real difference to vulnerable kids throughout the UK who are fleeing dangerous domestic situations for their safety. These kids find themselves in Women's Refuges with little or no personal belongings. Buddy Bags provide each child with their own bag of clothes, toys, books and other items. Something they can call their own!

For a relatively small effort we can make a huge difference to these children at a time when they need it most.
