We, Bernie, Mairead, Sinead and Michelle are completing the Great North Run on the 8th September 2019 in aid of Zest. Every year Zest helps over 700 people from 11 years of age and upwards in the Western Area through individual counselling, support and complementary therapies for family & friends.

Zest Healing the hurt, a suicide and self harm charity is based in Derry/ Londonderry and Omagh and has outreach centres throughout Northern Ireland.
