In September it will be 10 years since James' dad passed away from Cystic Fibrosis. We would like to raise money in his memory to help those with the same condition, to aid the important work and research the CF trust do to increase peoples life expectancy and quality of life.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-limiting genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people across the UK. It affects the lungs and digestive system and can cause chronic infections and reduced lung function. Currently, half of those with CF will not live past age 41.The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is fighting for a brighter future for people with CF and their families by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way.

On August 11th James and I will be struggling through 5k of mud, water, electric shocks, obstacles and more! 

Before all that James will have us on a strict gruelling training routine! So dig deep! Going to need all the motivation and support we can get!
