Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving Page!

Hi everyone, this is my story  and I am 16, or should I say my mum's story? Anyway my mum has been diagnosed as having an aggressive cancerous brain tumour. She is only 53 years old. My mum and me are so close, and I mean CLOSE. I cannot stand being separated from her, partly because when I was born they took me away from her for about two hours. My dad had to find me in the baby hospital nursery thingy. Later that day I wouldn't let my mum move. When she moved slightly I awoke and began to sob for her. I awoke at her every move. Even to this day I awake, if I'm asleep, to when she moves. What was most scary was when I came into the bathroom around 1-2 months ago and found her surrounded by a pool of her own blood. I'm not joking when I say she lost at least 9 pints. She was gasping for oxygen. She had a pulse of two. I had to call the ambulance, I froze when they answered. They arrived in 5 minutes and me and my dad went off with her full sirens blazing. I will never forget that day. Those images still haunt me. She was transfused 9 pints. Only God kept her alive. It was a hemerage that happened for a reason that was linked to her taken 80mg of Clexin which she reacted to. She was on this as the tumour caused blood clots in her leg.

She has been in hospital for nearly 2 months. She is supposed to be starting radiotherapy soon. I come from a Christian family and any Christians who read this and prayer would be gladly accepted as doctors say its incurable.  Her name is Carol Robertson. I cannot imagine my life without her. Literally

Thanks so much. :)
