Rock UK is a Christian organisation that is passionate about
developing young people, bringing adventure into learning in the outdoors, to transform lives. They are an outreach mission that welcome people from all walks of life to their outdoors pursuits. All staff members have “Who do you trust? Proverbs 3 v 5&6” on the back of their T-shirts to prompt discussion about faith and life’s meaning. See their website for further details.

I heard about Rock UK through my mum last year, when she met  a friend she hadn’t seen in many years who had just started working for them. I was immediately excited by the prospect of joining the team as I was very uncertain of my future plans and was feeling the pressure from my college to go to uni. 

I feel called to Rock UK as I love outdoor activities and
working with people. I’ve always dreamed of doing something practical and this charity combines my faith with the outdoors perfectly. I think it will be a brilliant opportunity to delve deeper and grow in my faith as well as explore how God wants to use me in the future.
