Being an absolutely pathetic runner, I have given myself a tough challenge of running a half marathon for Emma's Bubble Trust.   There will be sweat, blood and tears.

The run takes place in Cardiff on October 4th.  This money will not only continue to help develop the teenage wards at the Royal Marsden, but also help renovate the new flat we have bought for the parents of the cancer patients.  Please dig deep for this amazing charity!
