<p>My gorgeous&nbsp;cousin Charlie lived life to the full and didn't allow his disability from preventing him from acheiving his goals. Sadly Charlie passed away in 2009 due to complications associated with his condition - Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy.</p> <p>I am running the Great North Run on September 18th in Memory of Charlie.
