Tackling Awareness of Mental Health Issues (TAMHI) works with sports/youth club across NI to raise awareness of mental health and to tackle the social issues that negatively impact on this.

Story

A number of senior players, club members and friends of the club are partaking in a challenge. To run/walk 100 miles in the month of April to raise funds for T.A.M.H.I (Tackling Awareness of Mental Health Issues). TAMHI is a mental health charity based in Northern Ireland that works with sports clubs and groups who use sport to raise awareness of mental health and resilience. TAMHI works with sports clubs, schools, and youth groups to make mental health fun and engaging. The last year has been incredibly tough for so many people so organisations like TAMHI are and will be massively important and any support to assist them to continue with the great work they are doing will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! 💚💛
