Message from Ribat ....
BismiLlah,
Salams all,
We pray you are well and in the best of health, amin.
'And be steadfast in prayer and regular in charity: And whatever good you send forth for your souls before you, you shall find it with Allah, for Allah sees well all that you do.' [The Cow: 110]
Firstly, we would like to say a sincere Jazak Allah Khayr to all the brothers and sisters who offer their service to Ribat, both in volunteering their time and with their financial support. We could not do anything without your sincere Dua's, hard work and financial support, and we truly appreciate your efforts in the support of our Institute. We pray Allah illuminates your every step and rewards you all with Al-Firdaus, amin.
In addition to the Elderly Food Parcels and York Road Homeless project, we will be facilitating food parcels for Syrian refugees who have recently moved to our community. We have been advised by the council and local charities that they are in need of our support. We will be providing essential food supplies to them and if you would like to contribute to this program you can do so by making a donation. The food parcels will cost £30 each to be made up and any surplus funds will be put towards our other food parcel projects. If you would like to donate please just send your donation via Justgiving and I will personally forward this on.
Please note the deadline is Friday 14th April
Donations can also be forwarded in cash to Brother Na’im Khan 07974 240631 or Sister Mariam Amod 07515 059302.
Wa bilLahi al-Tawfiq (and with Allah is success)
Salams and duas
