With a new blood cancer diagnosis every 27 seconds worldwide, Cure Leukaemia funds research nurses at UK blood cancer centres, giving patients access to treatments through clinical trials. This support drives global significant advancements in blood cancer, impacting those affected by the disease.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. A group of colleagues from The Binding Site in Edgbaston, Birmingham are taking part in the National Three Peaks Challenge over the weekend of 12th June 2015.

Walkers: Helen Thompson, Sharon Britt, Pete Shakespeare, Wayne Mitchell, Sanjiv Kukadia, Chris Dowen, Paul Thompson, Stephanie Thouless, Milena Jakubowska, Andrew Twiggs, Gwyndaf Ap-Steffan, Davina Schonle, David Glover. Drivers: Mark Culwick, Julia Nisbet-Fahy, Mark Chapman, Jason Howell, Krystyna Kuprewicz

The challenge will begin at Fort William at 6am on the Saturday morning and we will be trekking up and down Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon within 24 hours, including the driving in between!!

This is going to be a difficult challenge but we are dedicated to the cause and our determination will get us through!!

By taking on this immense challenge, we will raise much needed money for an amazing charity Cure Leukaemia. The money you donate will go a long way to help fund research nurses across the West Midlands and therefore help patients gain access to life saving drugs quicker. So it’s simple, the more funds we raise, the more nurses are employed, so more lives are saved See the full story here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fhv3TEQ_ORY
