I wanted to do something to help people interact with and get to know Britain's wild birds better, while at the same time supporting the essential work the BTO do in helping safe-guard the future of our wild bird populations.

Bird Walk is about taking people out into the countryside and teaching them how to identify the birds they see by sight and sound. An hour or two in the fresh air, exercise, beautiful countryside, new friends and learning about birds. What could be nicer?
