Last year as a company we successfully completed the 3peaks challenge within 24hrs and raised some £10,000 for Prostate Cancer research and St. Catherine's Hospice.

This year we wanted to raise the bar on the challenge and decided that the Welsh 3000's was the one to go for. Taking in 15 of the highest peaks in Wales. A distance nearing 30miles and an ascent of 4,500metres (about the height of Mont Blanc), it is going to be fun!

Also, to be able to do this and raise money for such a cause as Parkinson's, will hopefully give us the impetus needed through all the training required.
