Story

We are coming together in our Salisbury office to raise funds
for the Salisbury Hospice and flex our muscles.

On Friday the 30th April, we will be doing pull-ups, dips and squats during our lunchtime. Every pull-up will be worth £1 and every squat, sit-up or press-up will be worth 50p.

We decided to help the Salisbury Hospice as we really admire
their work and commitment to the community. The hospice was able to help almost 1,000 people last year offering nursing and medical care, emotional and practical support, welfare advice, occupational and physiotherapy, complementary therapies, spiritual care, and creative activities.

Our photographer Nick Layton will be documenting the whole event,
so keep your eyes peeled on our social media pages to see our efforts.

There will be a prize for the person that manages to raise
the most in an hour, so you can expect sweat and tears from our competitors.

If you would like to support our cause then feel free to
donate as much as you like!

Thank you to everyone involved and to the Salisbury Hospice for their incredible work.

About the charity

The hospice costs £2.9 million to run, with Salisbury Hospice Charity aiming to raise £1.5 million of the funding required. Over 1,000 people a year are helped both in the hospice and in the wider community. Without your help this could not have been achieved. Thank you.
