Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Thank you to all who have visited the Cardiff City 2015 London to Amsterdam Challenge page.

Ten members of Bluebirds staff have decided to take on the Football League and Prostate Cancer UK's challenge, and cycle from Leyton Orient FC to the Amsterdam Arena.

We'll have video and live updates from along the way for you to keep up with, and enjoy the antics. Prostate Cancer UK is such a worthwhile cause, and we aim to do our best to help.

It may be tough, it will hurt, and 145 miles is a lonnnnnnnnggggg way. But we will get through it as a team, and raise as much money as possible along the way - £10,200 is the aim, but it would be wonderful to smash it.
