Glad to say that my backside is properly back on the bike at long last! So I thought that this year I would use my enjoyment of cycling to raise funds for a charity!
So for one event only I'll be asking people to support the "British Lung Foundation" by donating "£1 for one mile" it's not much but please feel free to buy more miles or one mile for more money!
There will be a chart with your name on the mile and if I should have to stop for a nature break you could win a prize!( I hope I don't have to wee too many times!)

So what I'll be doing is cycling with Kevin Garland and Nick Hill in a 500 mile continuous cycle ride around Keynsham and the lakes!
Never asked for money here, never will again but I'll do the hard work let the "British Lung Foundation" have the benefit!
