Thanks for taking the time to visit Bob's JustGiving page, which has been set up in honour of our Dad. For all those friends and colleagues of Bobs who may wish to make a contribution to The Hoylake Cottage Hospital - Dementia Unit.

The Hoylake Cottage Hospital was where Bob was looked after and spent the last six years of his life. He was well cared for there and his wife, Margaret would visit every day to be with him, until lockdown struck. The care, love and attention that Bob received there was fabulous, which was very reassuring to all of his family.

Bob was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2009, and managed to stay at home with Margaret until 2014. He had the illness for 11 years before he peacefully passed away on 20th January 2021, with Margaret, his wife of 50 years, holding his hand. He will remain always in our hearts.
