Every year, one in four people will experience a mental health problem. We have all faced mental health issues by either suffering or knowing friends or family who do, it has affected my life and will have probably affected yours . Please join me in supporting this incredible cause, by donating and helping me raise awareness by supporting Birmingham Mind, a small organisation that helps people with mental health issues, such as depression, to get back on track.
