EVERY 90 SECONDS someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury (ABI). There are many possible causes, such as a fall, a road traffic accident, an assault, a tumour or a stroke. A brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time. When it does, we're here to help

Story

We at Bodyfit Training absolutely love to challenge and push ourselves and this year is no exception.

On SATURDAY 7TH NOVEMBER at 10:15am at DULWICH COLLEGE SPORTS CLUB we are raising money for Headway, an amazing charity that provides service and support for those that have suffered head/brain injuries.

We have chosen this charity as one of our first bootcamp members, Becks, has been receiving a great deal of help & support from the charity locally. Becks was involved in a near fatal crash whilst on holiday in Mexico which left her unconscious for a month and learning to walk and move again. Becks has made an amazing recovery and to show how much we care we want to help raise as much cash as possible for Headway!

We will be undertaking an HOUR OF POWER!
Whether its a run on the treadmill, a KB exercise such as a clean and press or a swing, or a body weight exercise like a push up, the hour of power is about pushing yourself to the limit and completing as many reps as possible!
We will be setting ourselves individual targets that we will smash on the day!

So please dig deep. We only have two weeks until our event and we would really like to raise as much cash as we can.

We've even got fantastic prizes for the person who gets the most donations!

The Bodyfit team.
