I used to have a fear of heights. I would be petrified flying in airplanes and would feel pretty light headed and slightly anxious when at high distances from the ground and looking down. I always cringed in fear at the thought of a bungee jump. So when Benedicta mentioned the idea of Abseiling down one of the Canary Wharf Towers, I thought..... sounds good to me - sign me up!

My fear of heights has improved over the years but this gives me the chance to 'bury the hatchet' once and for all and become a master of heights. So who knows, if I can overcome this one, I might be flying rockets into space soon... ;)

So this Sunday 12th May, I'm stepping up the challenge. Don't think I'm doing this challenge alone. Benedicta and Tina are braving this one with me. As they say, nothing great in this world can be achieved without a great team!
