I'll be running the Hackney Half-Marathon on Sunday 8th May for Headway East London which is a charity supporting people affected by brain injury and is just round the corner from me.

Headway's vision is a community where people with brain injury are valued, respected and able to fulfil their potential to lead full, active lives.
