Hello lovely friends!

Sam and I have decided to return to those gorgeous padded shorts and again take on that ever-so-hilly ride from London to Brighton. Unfortunately our team had diminished this year and as it's just the two of us we have to work a bit harder...and raise a bit more if possible.

We totally understand that it's hard for people to give in this current climate and we totally appreciate the very kind donations you made last year. However, if everyone we email just donates £5 then we can make our total of £200.

Every penny counts to the British Heart Foundation. It is a wonderful charity that we are very proud to support.
