SportsTraider is a youth focused Charity offering youngsters the kit and support they need to get into sport. We encourage children to try new sports, and help talented sporting youngsters excel, whatever their background. SportsTraider tries to encourage kids and help them excel. Here's how we do this: We make specialist clothing and equipment affordable to youngsters for whom such items would be inaccessible luxury. We channel the money we raise back where it belongs - into grass-roots sport for children and young people. SportsTraideruses proceeds generated from its retail units to fund coaching, access to facilities such as sports clubs and gyms. Sofab Sports is a Gloucester based Community Company who will operate the SportsTraider retail outlet on the Oxbode in Gloucester opening in April. Our social mission is twofold. Firstly, SOFABbuilds the skills, confidence and self esteem of young adults with physical and learning difficulties through developing businesses that create supportive employment opportunities leading to vocational qualifications and experience, providing a platform for further mainstream employment opportunities. Secondly, SOFAB provides post graduate opportunities to nurture future business leaders and entrepreneurs.
