We stand for everyone affected by dementia to find a cure

Story

My Dad has dementia at the tender age of just 60, and as his condition is worsening at a rapid pace now, I thought I was about time I did something meaningful to raise awareness about the disease, and raise much needed money to continue the amazing research that is being carried out to cure this seemingly incurable disease.

In 2023 I am not going to drink a single drop of alcohol for the whole year, as well as do 23 different challenges, getting incrementally harder, until the climax of doing an Ironman at the end of the year. Hence booze free in 23.
