Im writing this from Borneo Island in Malaysia.
Its a really beautiful part of the world, but the situation regarding stray dogs and cats is tremendously upsetting, 

We have been here little more than a week and the suffering I have seen is hard to swallow, seeing many dogs literally die in the street. 

Others have been absolutely terrified, skinny, starving, diseased, (some with skin literally hanging off) crippled and maimed. 

In 1 week we have already witnessed them avoiding stones, kicks and shouts. A little girl (dog) came up to me, who could barely walk, with a terrible skin condition, completely blind but was still wagging her tail and was happy to be near us, we tried to give her some food but she was too ill and weak to eat it and just wanted some affection, unfortunately as she hobbled around some little children chased her away.

It upset us so much last night seeing so many of them suffering, I went out with a big bag of dog food to feed as many as possible, which didn't make any real difference to their lives, but I felt I had to try and do something even if it was little. It sounds stupid, but I guess the most upsetting thing for me, is I could see in their eyes they know that nobody loves them.

We haven't been able to think about anything else since I have been here and I would love to use all this free time whilst travelling to try and make a difference as a lot of people actually do care!. 

After doing some research on the work IAPWA have been doing, I can see they have made a big difference and are doing a lot for animal rights in multiple countries, and within Borneo.

For £3 they can vaccinate a stray against disease (Less than 1 pint of Stella), Using £5 they can feed a Dog through out its vets treatment, and £10 funds a stray to be neutered to stop more puppies being born on the street avoiding the same fate. 

We want to raise AT LEAST £2000, which can neuter 200 dogs, and stop alot of these animals suffering! 

We know the majority of us love dogs, and Im sure the most people can comfortably spare something from there monthly spend! (Every little helps!)

In order for to Fund raise I will not be drinking Alcohol for 4 months which for me will be extremely difficult, but my beer allowance will be going to something much much much more worthwhile! (1 Month down already, 3 more to go 15th of December!) 

We all need someone to fight our corner for us in life, and they have nobody so lets fight for them,
