The British Transplant Games takes place each year and gives Theo the chance to compete with other children who have all benefited from a transplant. He loves meeting up with his Leeds Children's Transplant Team friends and we do too.

Every year we need to raise funds to help Theo's team get to the games. This year I have set myself a series of sporting challenges and I hope you can be generous in sponsoring me to help reach our target.

The Games is our opportunity to thank our three donor families for giving Theo the gift of life.
