Story
We have been visiting the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway since we were little. Some of our earliest holiday memories are from Romney Sands, riding on the trains, and memorising all the engine names!
The RHDR is the world's smallest passenger railway, and has provided such joy for families since it's creation 93 years ago. The railway has been badly affected by the Coronavirus pandemic, and has lost a lot of valuable income.
To help the railway survive the winter, and steam on to its centenary celebrations in 2027, Katie and I will be running the marathon distance in three x 9mile runs, and mum will be walking 2 x half marathons!
Anything you can give will be gratefully received! Lins, Katie and Hilary xx
