Hi there, thanks for taking time to read this.
Yes, I'm doing a charity boxing match. Yes, proper boxing, where I will get punched...a lot. On top of that I will be training for months as well as dieting...and abstaining from alcohol close to the fight. This won't be me sitting in a bath of baked beans for 15 minutes so please dig deep.
I will be trained by Aaron Ryder of Marvel Fitness based in Ignite Studios Kingsbridge. https://www.facebook.com/ignitefitnestudio/
Aaron is an experienced amateur boxer and a qualified coach. He's incredibly knowledgable and dedicated if this a peaked your interest go along to one of his classes.

BCHA's mission: Our mission is to help people take control of their own lives. Wherever people feel vulnerable or stuck, we want to equip them to find a way forward, by offering the highest standards of support for housing, health, learning and work - or any combination of these needs.
We want to be proactive and influential in local communities and national debates, to help eliminate homelessness and social exclusion.
As a multi-discipline third sector organisation, we want to continuously develop our services, resources and partnerships, to help bring together the housing, health and social care sectors - and so deliver an ever-improving quality of support to society's most in-need people.
