We decided on the Coeliac UK charity for donations in memory of Mum as she was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease just over 10 years ago and there is still very little known about the long term effects of this disease.  

Coeliac UK relies on donations to carry out critical research as well as supporting those with Coeliac Disease and campaigning for better awareness, amongst other things.
