Goodness knows what possessed me to consider running the London Marathon, it seemed like quite a nice day out for the 35,000 or so that take part every year. What they don't tell you is the 4 months training that precedes race day which has to be done generally in the dark and for this year in sub zero conditions.

 

The end however is in sight and with only a few weeks to go till Sunday 25th April I need all the support I can get.

 

I will be running for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign who kindly gave me the opportunity to participate and as such I am charged with raising funds to help support them in the quest to find a cure for Muscular Dystrophy and to support children who suffer from this muscle wasting disease.
