I completed the London Marathon in a personal best time of 3:36.  I came tentalising close to my target of 3:30 but enjoyed the day.

Anyway, I have decided to raise some funds for the Prostate Cancer Charity and it isn't too late to donate.

Prostate cancer like many male health issues is poorly understood and seriously underfunded.  Over 100 men are diagnosed every day making it the most common male cancer.  My father was diagnosed more than 10 years ago but was lucky to have been treated quickly and hopefully cured.  One third of those diagnosed are not as lucky.

Sponsoring me online is the most efficient way to raise funds for the charity and if you are a UK taxpayer your donation will be increased by almost a third at no cost to you.  Just Giving will never send you unwanted emails or pass on your details.

The Prostate Cancer Charity and I really appreciate your donation.  Any amount will make a difference but the more the better!
